Parts in grey are still being written.

A collection in progress, with the unusual constructions a second language lets you land on. These poems are written to be felt, not just read. I hope they take you to different parts of yourself.

My hope is that somewhere in these pages, you find a line that stops you because it is yours. A feeling you have had but never found the words for. That is what I am searching for too, when I write them.

This is a collection about love in different forms. It follows a journey many of us know: being lost before love finds you, the falling, the years of building something together, the slow drift you cannot name yet, the confrontation, the reckoning, and the long road back to yourself. Then the person you are becoming, still changing, and better for it.

At the end, my hope is that these poems become something different for every reader. A story about someone you have loved. A story about yourself. A story about what it means to feel everything and keep going.

If time permits, I’m planning to turn them into a digital poetry book with a story arc to reach more people too. For now, stay tuned and I’ll try to share a poem once a month.

  • Magic of the Mundane

Every version of me I’ve shed left a little more room for magic to land.

  • Quicker Relapses

But this time I sprint faster. I flinch faster from the injury.

  • Tired

I am a stranger in this home we call body.

  • Sojourn

I was already looking for love to find myself. I was looking outside to find it.

  • Meant to Be

It was meant to be lived. It was the price to live and love.

  • Undefined

It is the in-betweenness. I can’t define it.

  • Be

Now that I get to see, and come back to live and be.

  • Stuck

I’m so stuck that I can’t even see that I didn’t lock the doors. I need to find a new key.

  • Subliminal

I’m in a space in between. I feel it all and at the same time I’m so numb.
